How to play
Ask the team to think about their values. What do they stand for? What anecdotes have come up in the team?
Ask the team after collecting the data to think of a name that these values remind them of.
Once the values have been collected and the name has been found, ask the team to find a common identity and to formalize it on a coat of arms.
Make sure that the entire group is able to identify with the symbol. If not, try again.
You can start making this symbol visible in your communications, in your offices, and so on.
