How to Play Introduction I explain the 7 levels of delegation to the participants and ask them to suggest a list of actions to be delegated. Step 1 A participant selects a topic from the list and presents it to the others. Each player chooses from his deck of cards the one that reflects his approach to the proposed case. He then places the card face down in front of him. Step 2 Once all the cards have been played, the players turn over their cards all together and at the same time. Step 3 I ask the players who have chosen the smallest and largest levels of delegation to explain their choices. Step 4 Steps 1 to 3 are repeated until consensus is reached. Educational Conclusion Discussions generate debate and allow players to clarify their positions. Consensus is reached. Back to Games
