Prerequisites

Before the workshop, the facilitator creates his own Personal Map.

You can propose themes such as family, work, hobbies, friends, values, education, travel, home…

How to Play

Example

I present my own Personal Map to the team

Creation

I invite each participant to make his Personal Map

Timebox : 15 min max.

Sharing

I invite each participant to comment on his Personal Map.

Opening

I open the scope of the discussion to talk about values, hobbies, etc.

Educational Conclusion

At the end of the workshop, participants get to know each other better and some may even discover unsuspected shared passions while they may have been colleagues for years.
