In concrete terms, Astrakhan’s training courses are “all-inclusive”. They include theory and practice but also questioning to put them into context. At the end of each training course, learners will be asked to complete a test to assess the knowledge they have acquired during the course.
Our consulting firm offers several formats dedicated to skills improvement:
- Classrooms: Face-to-face or remote training, led by a trainer and combining theoretical and practical content. It is based on flipped classroom methods and gamification.
- Podcasts: Audio and video capsules to be consumed without moderation to increase your skills independently, at your own pace.
- Workshops: Assisted learning by Astrakhan, based entirely on practical cases taken from the client’s context, to transfer elements of method and technique while producing content that can be directly used or reused,
- MicroLearning: Training courses based on a pre-defined path to improve skills, using daily capsules (audio, video, quizzes).
- UpRooM: Training courses using extended reality and immersive technologies, based on visual management and led remotely by a trainer.
