Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
This workshop series presents the Robotic Process Automation field and market. We will assess the maturity of the market and identify how an organization can onboards RPA in its process. We will describe the roles and profiles that make RPA come to life in a given organization, and how to define the workflow in order to deliver Automation Bots projects. We will confront these scenarios to the usual course of project methodology first, including Agile methodologies.

- Analysis of eligible processes to Robotic automation,
- RPA use cases discovery,
- RPA project lifecycle
Moreover, this series covers two specific roles when doing Robotic Process Automation and create automation bots:
- Solution Architecture – How to design a solution that onboards Robotic Process Automation: Solution Design & Feasibility Analysis, Automation process, large scale design, High Availability and Disaster Recovery design.
- RPA Program Manager: specificities of RPA program and portfolio management, complexity assessment, feasability studies.
