SAFe Workshop
SAFe is today’s preferred framework when scaling Scrum at a program level. This workshop goes through SAFe and explains how to organize an agile program, which roles to appoint, and how to deliver. Jira Align, Atlassian’s program-level solution, will be used and applied to our case.
