Visual Management & Digital Workplaces
Visual management is absolutely critical to create a Dynamic Management System where information can be so easily seen that workers commit and engage into the area of continuous improvement. We will go through the works of David Sibbet and Jurgen Appelo, that have delivered several patterns of Visual Management depending on what you want to build. Sessions 2 and 3 will be dedicated to the use of iObeya and Miro digital tools to recreate the physical boards built during the first session. Session 4 will show the different kinds of devices that may be used to digitalize a visual management environment.

Session 1 describes the kind of environment recommanded for:
- Design-Thinking workshops,
- Scrum Project.
These series of workshops will help the teams know:
- The principles and approaches of Visual Management,
- How to develop problem-solving skills,
- Implement improvements in everyday work, linked with business targets,
- Understand and share other people’s stakes,
- How to transfer these techniques to the rest of the organization,
- What tools they can use besides traditional flipcharts and post-it notes to leverage Visual Management at a digital level.
