In March 2016, Air France launched a major modernization program to make the company faster, more agile, simpler and more customer-focused, in order to make it a company that advocates well-being at work. The program included elements such as modernizing approaches, work methods and managerial practices, in order to cope with an increasingly complex, uncertain and digital world.
