Astrakhan gave two Design Thinking Data Centric training sessions for the Data teams within Decathlon France.

Our Achievements

  • Design Thinking training adapted to Decathlon’s data needs.​
  • Facilitation workshops: Moving Motivators, Delegation Poker.
  • At the end of the presentation: construction of an action plan that will define the principles and content of the coaching that Astrakhan will then offer to Decathlon managers.
