  • Reminder of the steps of the Feedback Wrap.
  • Distribution of roles

How to Play

The game is played in groups of 3 people: Manager + Employee + Observer. The Manager and the Employee play the situation, the Observer takes notes and then makes a feedback Wrap of what he has observed.

Steps of the Feedback Wrap

  • Giver:
    • Promote a peaceful atmosphere
    • Describe the context
    • Explain the impacts
    • Listen to your colleague
    • Achieve consensus
    • Thank
  • Recipient : 
    • Listen carefully
    • Focus on the content
    • Explain your behaviour
    • Clarify your doubts
    • Reformulate
    • Accept suggestions

Role play (10 min)

Participants choose (or draw at random) a situation sheet, and everyone immerses himself in his role for 10 minutes. The scene should consist of a Feedback Wrap, based on the situation in question.

Retrospective (5 min) 

The Observer makes a feedback Wrap of the scene played.

Role play (10 min)

Each group chooses a different situation and plays it; roles may change for this second round.

Retrospective (5 min) 

The Observer makes a Feedback Wrap of the scene played.

Repeat the previous steps with a new scenario

In each group, ask one person to summarize how the scenarios were played out, and to identify the points that were easy or difficult to implement.
