How to Play
The person who wishes to offer a card to an colleague must take a card from the deck first.
To address a card you have to write: @ followed by the person’s name. Of course this is not a rule, but an indication.
The person writes his or her message
Do as you wish! If you want us to know who wrote the message, sign it. Otherwise, don’t sign and the mystery will remain unsolved.
Leave the choice to your team. If members wish to hand out a card in person, open a box once a month or display the cards on a wall. Let them decide.

This activity brings a team closer together. To see that you are doing a good job and that this is noticed.
