The Digital Canvas provides a framework for defining and managing digital transformations, based on strategic business and IT ambitions. It combines an audit of the business/organizational and IS situation with well-argued trajectory scenarios, based on a potentially innovative or disruptive target architectural base. It ensures that the chosen trajectory is realistic (technical feasibility, capacity), that it projects added value (up to a quantified ROI), that it is precisely divided and prioritized, and that its deployment is anticipated (change management, deployment strategy, risks).
