Lean Change Management
We usually first tackle the Digital Transformation through its roadmap and expected results with the impact it triggers on the target population. This will be the opportunity to run a 2-hour workshop to build this roadmap, define the actions and show you how to measure the results.

This Lean Change Management Framework was rolled out at a large corporation in 2018 to design a Change Management plan. The target was the Digitization of the Labs and creation of a Data-Centric culture for the researchers.
During this session, we will define a concrete topic on which we will iterate along the whole workshop sessions in order to build a Minimum Viable Product or a prototype, and apply the content of the workshops to the design of it. That topic could be something from the real world, like a Business process optimization, or something completely invented, such as a Virtual Reality Boutique.
