Management & Agility

Practicing Agile: Scrum and Kanban

pratiquer agile

From product to project: once a product is designed with Design-Thinking techniques, you have to go through its implementation. Using agile techniques is necessary to move from the early stages of its definition to its concrete implementation. We rearrange the way the product is described in a constant refining process, that combines several techniques of visual management and convergence to help you deliver.

We will focus on the role of the business and how to onboard the business side on a Scrum project. Some of the practices (Sprint Planning, Definition of Ready/Done) are also dedicated to the art and science of project management, building a comprehensive framework to help shape the delivery and establish a trustful and constructive collaboration. With Kanban, we will also go through new ranges of Visual Management, to move on, even if you are not conducting a Digital delivery process but a recurring flow of activity that does not relate to delivery.
