Project Management Disciplines
This series goes through main project management disciplines as they are described in the PMI standard framework. The idea is to dive into details that are not presented during a general project management training and practice them from a project manager standpoint.

We have taken 5 disciplines on which we will suggest guidelines and practices based on our own project management experience: risks, budget and costs, scope, communication and stakeholders.
We will also see how we can apply practices taken from the agile frameworks in order to renew the application of these disciplines, using Visual Management and Scrum.
