Goals

  • To continuously adapt based on participant feedback

Materials

  • Sheets of paper (paperboard)
  • Sticky notes
  • Markers

Rules

  • Put a sticky note on the feedback door each time you walk through the door (break, bathroom…)

Prerequisites

  • Draw a satisfaction scale from 1 to 5 on a piece of paper and post it on the exit door of the event venue.

Recommendation

Emphasize the final objective of the exercise: the improvement of the workshop.

How to Play

I inform each participant at the beginning of the workshop that he or she has the opportunity to give continuous feedback = low-cost tweetlines .

Each participant writes on one or more sticky notes the reasons for his or her level of satisfaction and places it/them on the scale.

The feedback door is alive, the sticky notes are not frozen. They can be moved according to the progress of the workshop or even deleted.

Educational Conclusion

The facilitator can thus adapt his workshop according to the needs expressed on the feeback door and reach a maximum level of satisfaction. In addition to being useful during the session, the feedback door can also be used to prepare future workshops.
